Unable to open Outlook

When this happens:


1. Right click on taskbar at bottom of screen.

2. Select "Task Manager"

3. Select "More Details" at bottom left of window if there.

4. Scroll to find "Outlook" or "Microsoft Outlook" in the list then select it.

5. Select "End Process"

6. Close Task Manager and then open Outlook.
